So decided to replace the fuel filter on the truck before winter kicked in. Started a little before 8 in the morning talk about some cold dirty cement since I did this in the driveway.

The plug to disconnect the fuel pump so I could release the fuel pressure was in the front of the gas tank on the top. Unplugged that and tried to start it thus removing the pressure.

Took a couple a pictures while I was working in it. You can see the old filter out next to the new one and finally the new one installed. Of course after I did this I smelled like gas for a while.
