Cooking Spaghetti

Went out and bought a new pan so had to go and cook something. Decided on making a big old batch of spaghetti.

New pan, much bigger than the old one.

Browning up some meat, started with a one pound of ground beef and some italian sausage.

Added the tomato paste and the spaghetti mix and a whole bunch of other herbs and seasoning.

All mixed, time to start the simmering.

All simmered down and ready for eating, or in this case for bottling up for storage later. Not so much as a spaghetti sauce as more of a red sauce now.

Room rearranging

Trying to decide how to rearrange the apartment. Here are some picutres of the current setup. The black futon in the middle used to be against the windows with the table between the computer desk and futon, but trying to figure out how to better use the space. All these photos taken from the front entrance.
